Ph.D (c) in Political Science, Public Administration and International Relations, and Master of Arts in Government and Public Administration, Complutense University of Madrid. Master in Management and Public Policies, University of Chile.
Mr. Ramírez-Alujas is founder and principal investigator of GIGAPP, Research Group in Government, Administration and Public Policies, professor of Universidad de Chile and academic director of the Open Government and Innovation in the Public Sector Postgraduate Program. He is also president and member of the board of the Multitudes Foundation and is the current Coordinator for the Open Government Academic Network (OGAN) in Chile.
He has been advisor to multilateral organizations such as UN, IDB, ECLAC, OAS and CLAD, among others, and various governments in Latin America in matters of State reform, public management modernization, public sector innovation and open government policies.
